Timings
Return time for the car is before 9 AM on the day of return. The 24 hours of car rental count from 9 AM to the next day 9 AM.
Security
For verification purposes, we will keep 1 original photo ID on file.
Please carry your valid driving license issued by the Government of India.
No Outstation Trip
All self-drive cars are permitted within Goa state only. Vehicles must not leave Goa without prior approval. All cars have valid black plates issued by the Goa Government.
Damages & Fees
Customers must make a video of the car before taking possession to record its condition.
Any damage caused during the rental period will be charged based on showroom inspection.
Payment & Refund Policy
We do not accept direct payments on the website (credit/debit cards, etc.) and do not store any user information in our database.
We respect and maintain customer privacy at all times.
